Achieving business excellence through quality

By establishing a quality system according to the international standard ISO 9001:2000 and environmental management system according to the international standard ISO 14001, we have set up a firm starting point on the path towards business excellence.

It is vital that our quality and environmental management systems are integrated into a wholistic system, which is a strong tool for the company's management and operations. It is exactly the understanding that these systems serve as a tool for more effective, expert and productive work, which helps us to implement them in all areas of the company's operations. This is proved by results of systematic assessments. Regular assessment shows that both of the systems are appropriatelly maintained and continuously upgraded.

In order to successfully implement quality and environmental management systems, it is vital to dispose with staff possessing expertise in the field of plastic processing and the food industry, which is characteristic of our company's operations in the widest sense. It is about an area where, without appropriate standards, norms and regulations, it is impossible to contemplate any activity or product. This goes for products which would be fit to pass a test of quality control and which would be able to find a buyer on the market, considering the vast competition that is present. This just goes to show how important a well maintained quality system is, combined and integrated with a system regulating environmental management. We have succeeded in doing this, as we proudly hold both quality certificate ISO 9001/2000 and environmental management certificate ISO 14001.

Our numerous business partners are the basis for our confident stance on the market, together with our competitive position regarding public tenders. We are being presented with increasingly favourable possibilities of cooperating with the most successful companies, both home and abroad. When deciding on suppliers, we prefer to select those already in possession of quality and ecological certificates.

Even in our enivronmentally-friendly packaging production line, we apply the principle of our buyer being our partner. Therefore, our operations consistently take into account our partner relationship and thereby highlight our mutual interest in achieving a high quality and rational production line.

One of our key quality objectives is to have more than 80% of satisfied customers, a top level of quality for our final products, at least one innovative proposal per quarter and a minimum of one form of training for each employee every year.

Among our environmental framework and executive objectives, we have set goals which will ensure continuous improvement of our relationship with the environment and enhance the message of environmental protection with our customers, which is what our agreement with Slopack embodies.

We have been solving environmental problems, which require significant material investments,  for a number of years. By implementing technical measures, we are preventing and decreasing pollution to the environment. By establishing a balanced system of environmental management, we wish to increase the expert public's confidence in our operations, as they frequently rate packaging as harmful to the environment.

We are aware that our operations are not harmless for the environment, as they are linked with either the consumption of natural resources or material impact on the environment. Our environmental responsibility and consideration of the principles of sustainable development in our business ethos constantly direct us towards improving technological solutions, solutions with regard to waste management, raw materials, water for technological processes and nature.

Continuous improvement of our operations through managing our integrated quality and environmental management systems is the starting point of our business policy, whereby we ensure long-term fulfillment of requests and an increasing level of satisfaction of our customers, along with achieving financial results, which gradually increase confidence and satisfaction of our owners and employees within the company, together with maintaining our public image.
